WAYS TO COMMUNICATE EVENTS AT GRACE

There are a variety of ways to communicate information about events at Grace. The following is a list of media outlets and contact persons you might like to know about so that you might effectively advertise your events:

• All Bulletin Announcements and inserts, due Monday before publication, Esther Ocker, eocker@gumc-carlisle.org
• A Touch of Grace newsletter, due the 12th of the month, John Price, jvprice@lycos.com

All of these media outlets have deadlines for publication. Please plan ahead to give our media folks the optimum amount of time to advertise your event.

Self Serve areas: You may use these anytime but you are responsible for creating and distributing the content.  Please remove when event is over.

• 325 “self serve” church mailboxes in the Gathering
• Slat Wall Holders, bulletin Boards, and plastic sign holders
• Wooden sandwich boards – Stephanie Kribs can assist you with these

Please don’t attach any signs or flyers to the church walls with tape or stickpins. If we need additional sign holders in a particular location, please notify the church office and we’ll do our best to have them installed.
